Shea Vineyard, Pinot noir - west block
Shea Vineyard is located in the Yamhill foothills, 35 miles southwest of Portland, Oregon. The Pinot noir was planted in 1990 on a hillside of shallow Willakenzie soil. It is located in the southwest corner of the west hill and has a southeast exposure at an elevation of 350'to 500'. It is referenced as Block 19 & 20. This vineyard is infected with phylloxera and will probably be pulled out and replanted after the 2007 harvest.

We have also planted 4.5 acres in the East Block with both Pommard and the Dijon clones. This came into full production in 2005.

Shea Vineyard, Pinot gris block
The Pinot gris block at Shea Vineyard was planted in 1990 and is located on a steeply terraced SW slope at the west side of the east hill. This site produced Pinot gris through the 2005 harvest when it succombed to phylloxera. It has been replanted to Pinot noir and is slowly coming back into production.

Temperance Hill Vineyard
Temperance Hill Vineyard is located in the middle of the Eola Hills. The Pinot noir vines are located at the northeast corner of the vineyard and face southeast. It is the highest elevation vineyard producing fruit for St. Innocent at an average elevation of 720'. We also get fruit from the 'Pumphouse block to the south and have a large block that will begin production in 2007 just north of Bethel Heights SE Block.

Vitae Springs Vineyard
Vitae Springs Vineyard, established in 1986, is located in the rolling hills five miles south of Salem, Oregon. The original Pinot gris grapes came from the lower hillside on a warm south slope of well-drained Jory clay at an average elevation of 400'. In 1999 and 2000, the Inwood block was planted to both Pinot gris and Pinot noir and allowed our production to increase substantially. It is located 1/4 mile to the east, extends further up the hillside and is planted on thinner Nekai soil.
